Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be paid in full in advance at the time of booking. Your booking will not be confirmed until your payment has been received. Bookings can be cancelled at any time. Booking cancellations will be refunded in full minus a $35.00 cancellation fee, if cancellation is completed no LESS THAN 36 HOURS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE. Cancellations completed INSIDE OF 36 HOURS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE will not be refunded. Instead, you will receive a Yard Candy Credit towards a future yard card rental equal to the value of your purchase, based on our availability. Please note, cancellation cutoff times are 6 pm daily and based on the date of delivery and not the actual date of the rental. Yard Card Bookings are delivered late evening prior to the booking date.
Rental Policy
- Payment is required at the time of order to confirm and hold your date.
- You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.
- For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greeting display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.
- Please do not move the items.
- Don’t throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize the signs. Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items are our property and business. It is best to notify the honoree to not touch the display, as you are still responsible for it.
- Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc.
- Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display.
- If you have a lawn crew, please arrange for them to come on a date that the letters are NOT on the lawn. Grass clippings stain our letters.
- We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please do not pull the signs from the ground. Charlie's Yard Candy and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set-up and removal of any rental.
